Behind the scenes at Discovery Music Source is a team of ‘music junkies’ with extensive backgrounds in all facets of the music & TV production business. We are keenly aware of trends in commercial and production music, we have deep knowledge of the tracks in our library, and we know what works across Discovery’s networks – all of this makes us uniquely able to provide creative music solutions for any type of Discovery production.

At Discovery since 2006, Gary has over 30 years experience in all facets of the music business (administrative & creative) and has been working closely with composer/producers with a focus on film & TV production for the past 10 years.

A Composer and Musician with over 15 years experience in all aspects of Film, TV and Music Production, Dave manages the development of the Discovery MusicSource library and the creative reach of the Music Services Creative team.

A musician since elementary school and a graduate of the Sheffield Institute for the Recording Arts, Brice Dean has a passion for music that drives his soul. A rock musician at heart who has worked as a Recording Engineer, Audio Editor and Archivist, Brice has finely-tuned ears that play a helpful role in finding music for a variety of Discovery programming.
